This
year the Open Gardens made £1670 for the NGS, including £215 worth of
plants, a very impressive sum considering the torrential rain that was
endured for much of the afternoon.
The teas made £484 which will be
divided equally between St. Michael's Church and the Village Hall.
Last
year the total raised by us for the NGS was £1285 but the entry fee was
raised to £5 this year after being at £4 for many years.
